An address may be technically valid while belonging to the wrong network, so matching the network label matters as much as matching the address itself.
After sending, keep the order page open or save the order ID immediately. The order ID is your reference point if you need to check progress later or contact support. Do not rely only on wallet history, particularly when several transfers use similar amounts.
Next, compare the sending transaction hash from your wallet with the order details. If the transaction appears in your wallet but the order has not detected the deposit, check whether it is still unconfirmed, whether the required confirmation threshold has been reached, and whether the asset and network match the order instructions.
Once the deposit is credited, watch for the execution or exchange phase. This is where a fixed-rate order and a floating-rate order can behave differently. A fixed rate offers greater certainty under its stated conditions, but it may require tighter timing and an exact deposit amount. A floating rate can be more flexible, but the received amount may shift with the market before execution.
Finally, confirm the payout transaction and destination address. Do not treat an order as complete just because it says “sent.” Check that the outgoing transaction is broadcast and, where appropriate, that it has reached the confirmation level you require. For a personal transfer, one confirmation may be enough to proceed. For a business payment or a larger transfer, your internal policy may call for more.
