Terms of Service
Introduction These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of 2AML, including the 2AML website, platform, applications, interfaces, tools, support features, transaction workflows, and related services. By accessing or using 2AML, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform. In these Terms, "2AML," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the 2AML platform and its operators. "User," "you," or "your" refers to any person or entity accessing or using the Platform. Nature of the Platform 2AML is a technology and integration platform for digital asset-related workflows. The Platform may provide software interfaces, transaction tools, routing functionality, order tracking, support tools, compliance-aware workflows, reporting features, wallet-related tools, and integrations with third-party service providers. 2AML does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Unless expressly stated otherwise, 2AML does not itself provide custody or safeguarding of user funds or digital assets, wallet custody or private key management, banking services, payment institution services, e-money services, regulated exchange execution services, investment or brokerage services, money transmission services, or liquidity provision as principal counterparty. Certain services, transactions, routes, assets, networks, payment flows, verification steps, or settlement processes may be provided, executed, supported, or reviewed by third-party providers, infrastructure partners, liquidity partners, verification providers, payment providers, or other service providers. Third-Party Services and Partners Some Platform features may depend on third-party services. By using such features, you understand and agree that third-party providers may apply their own terms, policies, limits, fees, and requirements; may accept, reject, delay, suspend, or cancel a transaction; may require additional information or verification; and may operate systems that 2AML does not control. 2AML is not responsible for failures, delays, outages, restrictions, decisions, errors, or losses caused by third-party providers or external networks. Product-Specific Terms for Staking and Private Send Staking is a separate product and is offered only on a KYC-based, compliance-gated basis. All staking users must complete and maintain required verification, and staking is not an anonymity, obfuscation, or concealment service. APY, projected yield, and reward rates are not guaranteed. Staking rewards for supported assets, including USDT and TRX, are calculated under the selected asset, plan, and schedule, but remain subject to platform terms, liquidity, operational processing, validator or provider performance, network conditions, slashing or penalties, settlement constraints, and risk controls. Reward rates may change. Assets submitted for staking may be routed through or held in wallets, contracts, validator addresses, operational accounts, or third-party provider infrastructure used for the staking flow. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the user remains the beneficial owner of supported staked assets, but rights may be limited by lock-up or unbonding periods, unlock delays, network rules, validator or provider terms, applicable platform, provider, validator, network, or withdrawal fees, slashing, legal or compliance holds, and settlement or operational constraints. Staking withdrawals, exits, and reward credits are not instant and may be delayed, limited, or rejected. Private Send is a provider-based routing workflow and is not a mixer, tumbler, or anonymity service. Provider execution records, routing metadata, counterparty evidence, and transaction proofs may be retained for audit, compliance, support, or lawful disclosure. You must not use staking, Private Send, or any Platform feature to launder funds, evade sanctions, hide the source or beneficial ownership of funds, disguise destination or transaction purpose, or support unlawful activity. Eligibility By using 2AML, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, have full legal capacity to use the Platform, your use is lawful in your jurisdiction, you are not located in or acting on behalf of a restricted or prohibited jurisdiction, you are not subject to sanctions or similar restrictions, and all information you provide is accurate, complete, and not misleading. Accounts and Security You may be required to create an account or use an access method to use certain Platform features. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure, maintaining control of your account, device, wallet, email, and credentials, preventing unauthorized access, notifying support if you suspect unauthorized use, and ensuring that information submitted through your account is accurate. Transaction Instructions When you submit a transaction request, order, transfer request, swap request, private transfer request, wallet-related request, or similar instruction through the Platform, you are responsible for reviewing all details before submission. This includes asset or currency selected, network or blockchain selected, amount, destination address, memo, tag, reference, or extra ID if required, refund address where applicable, transaction type, fees, rates, limits, and warnings. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Incorrect details may result in permanent loss of funds or digital assets. No Guarantee of Execution 2AML does not guarantee that any transaction will be accepted, completed, executed at a particular rate, remain available, settle within a specific time, or be processed by any third-party provider. Transactions may be delayed, rejected, cancelled, placed on hold, reviewed, blocked, refunded, or restricted for legal, technical, operational, liquidity, risk, compliance, sanctions, fraud-prevention, partner, or network-related reasons. Compliance, Verification, and Review 2AML may apply compliance-aware controls to help prevent misuse of the Platform. Depending on the transaction, user profile, risk level, jurisdiction, partner requirement, legal requirement, or operational trigger, you may be asked to provide additional information or complete verification. We may delay, reject, restrict, suspend, freeze, cancel, or escalate any transaction or account where considered necessary for legal, compliance, risk, fraud-prevention, security, partner, or operational reasons. Prohibited Use You must not use 2AML for any unlawful, restricted, abusive, deceptive, or harmful activity. Prohibited uses include money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, fraud or attempted fraud, theft, scams, handling stolen assets, market manipulation, use of funds or assets from illegal sources, tax evasion, unauthorized financial services activity, impersonation or false information, misuse of another persons wallet, account, or payment method, circumventing compliance or verification controls, automated abuse, hacking, reverse engineering, scraping, disruption, or use in a jurisdiction where such use is prohibited. Fees, Rates, and Charges Fees, rates, spreads, service charges, network costs, partner charges, or other applicable costs may apply. Where possible, relevant fees or estimates will be shown before submission. However, some third-party fees, network fees, spreads, or execution costs may change or may not be fully known in advance. Rates may change before execution, quotes may expire, blockchain network fees may fluctuate, third-party providers may charge their own fees, final received amounts may differ from estimates, and slippage, liquidity conditions, network congestion, or provider costs may affect the final result. Risks Digital asset transactions and related services involve significant risk, including price volatility, loss of value, irreversible transactions, incorrect wallet address or network selection, missing memo, tag, or reference, transaction delays, failed or rejected transactions, liquidity shortages, slippage or rate changes, blockchain congestion, smart contract vulnerabilities, cyberattacks, phishing, malware, third-party provider failure, regulatory restrictions, compliance holds, account or transaction suspension, and loss of access to wallets, private keys, devices, or credentials. No Financial Advice Nothing on 2AML is financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or professional advice. We do not recommend that you buy, sell, hold, exchange, transfer, or use any digital asset. You are responsible for conducting your own research, understanding the risks, evaluating suitability, complying with laws in your jurisdiction, consulting professional advisers where necessary, and making your own decisions. Privacy Your use of the Platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, stored, protected, and shared in connection with the Platform. Suspension and Termination We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if you violate these Terms, we suspect fraud, abuse, or prohibited activity, we identify security risks, required verification is not completed, a transaction or account triggers risk or compliance concerns, a partner, authority, or applicable law requires restriction, continued access may create legal, financial, operational, or reputational risk, or we discontinue or change a service. Disclaimers The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties or representations that the Platform will always be available, error-free, complete, current, accurate, secure, or free from third-party provider failures or network problems. You use the Platform at your own risk. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Force Majeure We are not responsible for delays, failures, losses, or interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including blockchain network failures or congestion, internet or hosting outages, cyberattacks, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, political events, regulatory action, sanctions changes, banking or payment rail disruption, third-party provider failure, liquidity shortages, labor disputes, or technical failures outside our control. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Platform with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
