تعارف یہ استعمال کی شرائط آپ کی 2AML تک رسائی اور استعمال کو منظم کرتی ہیں، جن میں 2AML ویب سائٹ، پلیٹ فارم، ایپلیکیشنز، interfaces، tools، support features، transaction workflows اور متعلقہ services شامل ہیں۔ 2AML تک رسائی حاصل کر کے یا اسے استعمال کر کے آپ تصدیق کرتے ہیں کہ آپ نے ان شرائط کو پڑھ لیا ہے، سمجھ لیا ہے اور ان سے اتفاق کرتے ہیں۔ اگر آپ ان شرائط سے متفق نہیں ہیں تو آپ کو Platform استعمال نہیں کرنا چاہیے۔ ان شرائط میں “2AML”، “ہم”، “ہمیں” یا “ہمارا” سے مراد 2AML Platform اور اس کے operators ہیں۔ “User”، “آپ” یا “آپ کا” سے مراد کوئی بھی شخص یا entity ہے جو Platform تک رسائی حاصل کرے یا اسے استعمال کرے۔ Platform کی نوعیت 2AML ڈیجیٹل اثاثوں سے متعلق workflows کے لیے ایک technology اور integration platform ہے۔ Platform software interfaces، transaction tools، routing functionality، order tracking، support tools، compliance-aware workflows، reporting features، wallet-related tools، اور third-party service providers کے ساتھ integrations فراہم کر سکتا ہے۔ 2AML مالی، سرمایہ کاری، tax، accounting یا legal advice فراہم نہیں کرتا۔ جب تک واضح طور پر دوسری صورت بیان نہ کی جائے، 2AML خود user funds یا digital assets کی custody یا safeguarding، wallet custody یا private key management، banking services، payment institution services، e-money services، regulated exchange execution services، investment یا brokerage services، money transmission services، یا principal counterparty کے طور پر liquidity provision فراہم نہیں کرتا۔ بعض services، transactions، routes، assets، networks، payment flows، verification steps یا settlement processes کو third-party providers، infrastructure partners، liquidity partners، verification providers، payment providers یا دیگر service providers کی طرف سے فراہم، execute، support یا review کیا جا سکتا ہے۔ Third-Party Services اور Partners Platform کی بعض features third-party services پر depend کر سکتی ہیں۔ ایسی features استعمال کر کے آپ سمجھتے ہیں اور agree کرتے ہیں کہ third-party providers اپنی terms، policies، limits، fees اور requirements لاگو کر سکتے ہیں؛ کسی transaction کو accept، reject، delay، suspend یا cancel کر سکتے ہیں؛ additional information یا verification طلب کر سکتے ہیں؛ اور ایسے systems operate کر سکتے ہیں جنہیں 2AML control نہیں کرتا۔ third-party providers یا external networks کی وجہ سے ہونے والی failures، delays، outages، restrictions، decisions، errors یا losses کے لیے 2AML ذمہ دار نہیں ہے۔ Staking اور Private Send کے لیے مخصوص شرائط Staking ایک الگ product ہے اور صرف KYC-based اور compliance-gated بنیاد پر فراہم کیا جاتا ہے۔ تمام Staking users کو مطلوبہ verification مکمل اور برقرار رکھنی ہوگی، اور Staking anonymity، obfuscation یا concealment service نہیں ہے۔ APY، متوقع yield اور reward rates کی کوئی guarantee نہیں ہے۔ supported staking assets، بشمول USDT اور TRX، کے rewards منتخب asset، plan اور schedule کے تحت calculate ہوتے ہیں، مگر وہ Platform terms، liquidity، operational processing، validator یا provider performance، network conditions، slashing یا penalties، settlement constraints اور risk controls کے تابع رہتے ہیں۔ reward rates تبدیل ہو سکتے ہیں۔ Staking کے لیے دیے گئے assets اس flow میں wallets، contracts، validator addresses، operational accounts یا third-party unlock delays، network rules، validator یا provider terms، platform/provider/validator/network/withdrawal fees، slashing، legal یا compliance holds، اور settlement یا operational constraints سے محدود ہو سکتے ہیں۔ Staking withdrawals، exits اور reward credits فوری نہیں ہوتے اور delayed، limited یا rejected ہو سکتے ہیں۔ Private Send ایک provider-based routing workflow ہے اور mixer، tumbler یا anonymity service نہیں ہے۔ provider execution records، routing metadata، counterparty evidence اور transaction proofs audit، compliance، support یا lawful disclosure کے لیے محفوظ رکھے جا سکتے ہیں۔ آپ Staking، Private Send یا Platform کی کسی بھی feature کو funds laundering، sanctions evasion، funds کے source یا beneficial ownership کو چھپانے، transaction کے destination یا purpose کو disguise کرنے، یا unlawful activity کی support کے لیے استعمال نہیں کر سکتے۔ اہلیت 2AML استعمال کر کے آپ یہ represent اور warrant کرتے ہیں کہ آپ کی عمر کم از کم 18 سال ہے یا آپ اپنی jurisdiction میں قانونی سنِ بلوغت کو پہنچ چکے ہیں، آپ کو Platform استعمال کرنے کی مکمل قانونی اہلیت حاصل ہے، آپ کا استعمال آپ کی jurisdiction میں lawful ہے، آپ کسی restricted یا prohibited jurisdiction میں موجود نہیں ہیں اور نہ ہی اس کی طرف سے کام کر رہے ہیں، آپ sanctions یا similar restrictions کے تابع نہیں ہیں، اور آپ کی فراہم کردہ تمام information accurate، complete اور misleading نہیں ہے۔ اکاؤنٹس اور سیکیورٹی Platform کی بعض features استعمال کرنے کے لیے آپ کو account بنانا پڑ سکتا ہے یا کسی access method کا استعمال کرنا پڑ سکتا ہے۔ آپ اپنے login details کو secure رکھنے، اپنے account، device، wallet، email اور credentials پر control برقرار رکھنے، unauthorized access روکنے، unauthorized use کے شبہے پر support کو اطلاع دینے، اور یہ یقینی بنانے کے ذمہ دار ہیں کہ آپ کے account کے ذریعے submit کی گئی information درست ہو۔ Transaction Instructions جب آپ Platform کے ذریعے transaction request، order، transfer request، swap request، private transfer request، wallet-related request یا اسی طرح کی instruction submit کرتے ہیں تو submission سے پہلے تمام details کا review کرنا آپ کی ذمہ داری ہے۔ اس میں selected asset یا currency، selected network یا blockchain، amount، destination address، ضرورت پڑنے پر memo، tag، reference یا extra ID، جہاں applicable ہو وہاں refund address، transaction type، fees، rates، limits اور warnings شامل ہیں۔ blockchain transactions irreversible ہو سکتی ہیں۔ غلط details funds یا digital assets کے مستقل نقصان کا سبب بن سکتی ہیں۔ Execution کی کوئی گارنٹی نہیں 2AML یہ guarantee نہیں کرتا کہ کوئی بھی transaction accept، complete، کسی خاص rate پر execute، available رہے، مخصوص وقت میں settle ہو، یا کسی بھی third-party provider کے ذریعے process ہو۔ Transactions کو legal، technical، operational، liquidity، risk، compliance، sanctions، fraud-prevention، partner یا network-related reasons کی بنا پر delay، reject، cancel، hold پر رکھا، review، block، refund یا restrict کیا جا سکتا ہے۔ Compliance، Verification اور Review 2AML Platform کے misuse کو روکنے میں مدد دینے کے لیے compliance-aware controls لاگو کر سکتا ہے۔ transaction، user profile، risk level، jurisdiction، partner requirement، legal requirement یا operational trigger کے مطابق آپ سے additional information دینے یا verification مکمل کرنے کو کہا جا سکتا ہے۔ ہم legal، compliance، risk، fraud-prevention، security، partner یا operational reasons کی بنا پر کسی بھی transaction یا account کو delay، reject، restrict، suspend، freeze، cancel یا escalate کر سکتے ہیں۔ ممنوعہ استعمال آپ 2AML کو کسی unlawful، restricted، abusive، deceptive یا harmful activity کے لیے استعمال نہیں کر سکتے۔ ممنوعہ استعمال میں money laundering، terrorist financing، sanctions evasion، fraud یا attempted fraud، theft، scams، stolen assets کو handle کرنا، market manipulation، illegal sources سے funds یا assets کا استعمال، tax evasion، unauthorized financial services activity، impersonation یا false information، کسی دوسرے شخص کے wallet، account یا payment method کا misuse، compliance یا verification controls کو circumvent کرنا، automated abuse، hacking، reverse engineering، scraping، disruption، یا ایسی jurisdiction میں استعمال شامل ہے جہاں ایسا استعمال prohibited ہو۔ Fees، Rates اور Charges Fees، rates، spreads، service charges، network costs، partner charges یا دیگر applicable costs لاگو ہو سکتے ہیں۔ جہاں ممکن ہو relevant fees یا estimates submission سے پہلے دکھائے جائیں گے۔ تاہم بعض third-party fees، network fees، spreads یا execution costs تبدیل ہو سکتے ہیں یا پہلے سے مکمل طور پر معلوم نہیں ہو سکتے۔ rates execution سے پہلے بدل سکتے ہیں، quotes expire ہو سکتے ہیں، blockchain network fees fluctuate کر سکتی ہیں، third-party providers اپنی fees charge کر سکتے ہیں، final received amounts estimates سے مختلف ہو سکتے ہیں، اور slippage، liquidity conditions، network congestion یا provider costs final result کو cyberattacks، phishing، malware، third-party provider failure، regulatory restrictions، compliance holds، account یا transaction suspension، اور wallets، private keys، devices یا credentials تک رسائی supported assets، supported networks، transaction routes، fees یا limits، account features، verification requirements، partner integrations، served jurisdictions، support tools، platform design یا functionality میں تبدیلیاں شامل ہو سکتی ہیں۔ Intellectual Property تمام Platform content، software، interfaces، graphics، branding، workflows، text، design elements، logos، documentation اور related materials 2AML کی ملکیت ہیں یا اسے license کے تحت حاصل ہیں۔ آپ Platform کو صرف lawful personal یا business purposes کے لیے ان شرائط کے مطابق استعمال کر سکتے ہیں۔ آپ بغیر permission کے Platform content یا branding کو copy، modify، reproduce، distribute، exploit، reverse engineer یا misuse نہیں کر سکتے۔ User Content اور Information آپ کسی بھی information، documents، wallet addresses، transaction details، messages، support requests، feedback یا دیگر content کے ذمہ دار ہیں جو آپ submit کرتے ہیں۔ آپ تصدیق کرتے ہیں کہ آپ کو ایسی information فراہم کرنے کا حق حاصل ہے اور یہ information accurate اور lawful ہے۔ آپ 2AML کو یہ حق دیتے ہیں کہ وہ submitted information کو اس حد تک استعمال کرے جو Platform فراہم کرنے، requests process کرنے، transactions route کرنے، support دینے، security اور compliance checks انجام دینے، issues investigate کرنے، services improve کرنے، legal obligations پوری کرنے اور ان Terms کو enforce کرنے کے لیے معقول طور پر ضروری ہو۔ Privacy Platform کا آپ کا استعمال ہماری Privacy Policy کے تابع بھی ہے۔ Privacy Policy وضاحت کرتی ہے کہ Platform کے سلسلے میں information کو کیسے collect، use، store، protect اور share کیا جا سکتا ہے۔ Suspension اور Termination اگر آپ ان Terms کی خلاف ورزی کریں، ہم fraud، abuse یا prohibited activity کا شبہ کریں، security risks identify ہوں، required verification مکمل نہ ہو، کوئی transaction یا account risk یا compliance concerns trigger کرے، کوئی partner، authority یا applicable law restriction کا تقاضا کرے، continued access legal، financial، operational یا reputational risk پیدا کرے، یا ہم کسی service کو discontinue یا change کریں، تو ہم کسی بھی وقت Platform تک آپ کی رسائی suspend، restrict یا terminate کر سکتے ہیں۔ Disclaimers Platform “as is” اور “as available” بنیاد پر فراہم کیا جاتا ہے۔ applicable law کے تحت اجازت دی گئی زیادہ سے زیادہ حد تک ہم کوئی warranties یا representations نہیں دیتے کہ Platform ہمیشہ available، error-free، complete، current، accurate، secure ہوگا یا third-party provider failures یا wallet compromise یا irreversible transactions کی وجہ سے digital assets یا funds کے loss؛ delays، failures، interruptions یا rejected transactions؛ third-party provider actions یا omissions؛ regulatory restrictions یا legal changes؛ user-side security failures کی وجہ سے unauthorized access؛ یا ہمارے reasonable control سے باہر events کے لیے liable نہیں ہوگا۔ ان Terms میں کوئی چیز ایسی liability کو exclude نہیں کرتی جو applicable law کے تحت exclude نہیں کی جا سکتی۔ Indemnity آپ agree کرتے ہیں کہ 2AML، اس کے operators، service providers، partners، officers، employees، contractors اور representatives کو ان claims، losses، damages، liabilities، penalties، costs اور expenses سے indemnify اور hold harmless رکھیں گے جو آپ کے Platform کے استعمال، ان Terms کی خلاف ورزی، applicable law کی
